Just Breathe…Pregnancy Relaxation Sessions

We all have busy lives huh? Do you feel rushed off your feet and need some time for you, to connect with your bump and just press pause on life? If so, then my pregnancy relaxation course could be just what you need.

These sessions are perfect for mums to be looking for a little bit of ‘me and bump‘ time and to relax and recharge after a busy week, take care of their mental wellbeing and meet other lovely mums to be in friendly, relaxed and welcoming surroundings.

Each session will feature:

  • Beautiful breathing exercises to energise your body and calm your mind.
  • A soothing guided relaxation to focus your mind and encourage positivity about your baby’s forthcoming birth
  • A different weekly birth related topic discussion to alleviate fears and empower you with knowledge
  • A chance to chat through anything thats on your mind in a safe, warm and judgement free space


These sessions are brilliant either standalone or in support of your hypnobirthing course.  Please note this is not a substitute for hypnobirthing, but designed to offer you a chance to focus on yourself and on your baby and leave you feeling energised, positive and restored.

Sessions are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Each course lasts four weeks, but drop in sessions are possible if space allows so please do ask if a course has already begun.

Classes take place in the beautiful new yoga studio at Rowan House, Hethersett, a modern and calming space complete with yoga mats, cushions and bolsters, perfect for relaxation.

A four week Just Breathe course costs £40 (drop in sessions £11 each) and include:

  • Four x one hour long relaxation sessions
  • Two confidence boosting guided relaxation mp3s for use during pregnancy and labour
  • A printable pack of birth planning resources such as a birth plan template, postnatal plan and positive affirmations.
